i can make a call but get no volume on desktop?

i can make a call but get no volume on desktop?

i am useing desktop Free Phone Line v3.2.7.0 on my laptop and when i make a call i can hear the dial sound and when i click call i can make my call phone ring but i get not sound of the call as well as my mic is not working but the calls do go Thu how do i fix this??????
