Multiple incoming call forward

Hi all, trying to set up a system where incoming calls are forwarded simultaneously to 3 lines.

This is working when I enter those 3 numbers into the call forwarding section of the app, and an incoming call is ringing to all 3 numbers.

However, once one call is forwarding, any additional calls to the Fongo number say the line is in use instead of forwarding to the lines again. It doesn't even offer the voicemail message. Just a message saying it's in use already.


Any idea how I set this up so there can be multiple incoming that calls that all forward out to the 3 numbers?
