About FXS Port Input/Output Gain, how do I increase my voice

Here is the problem. I can hear the other person just fine but when I speak the other person says my voice is a bit quiet. I want my voice to be louder to the other person. What settings do I change to fix this?

I am using the Linksys PAP2T.

The FXS Port Input Gain and FXS Port Output Gain settings are in the regional tab. They are -3 and -3 at the moment.
