FOLLOW ME NUMBER NOT WORKING-- HELP PLEASE!!!!

I have been trying to add a follow me number to my account, it says it is in use elsewhere. It should not be as I am the only one with access to that number. I think it may be someone who used to have the number as it is a new phone. PLease help.

If you have never used this number on any of the Fongo services before, the only way to fix this would be to send in a support ticket and get help that way. It's not something that can be fixed on the forum unfortunately. The links are in my sig.

437 number not accepted in Followup

Fongo has started giving 437 numbers. Seems that 437 needs yet to be added to the routing as currently it is not accepted as valid number when setting up call forwarding in free phone line

Is it possible to use the fongo mobile as followup number in the simultaneous call forwarding. i have paid app andalso purchased the fong credits to send and receive text messages
