FPL and incoming calls from rogers or fido cell phone users
Hi, I am using FPL and so far working good however when someone calls my FPL number from their Rogers or Fido cell phone then they get a message that check the number you have dialed as number is not valid however from Rogers home phone they can make phone calls to my FPL number. Any suggestion to fix this?

They'd have to call and complain to the carrier. When it comes to the call not even being connect properly in the first place, that's a fault that falls with the carrier who is connecting the call (rogers or fido).
For my own curiosity, what city do you live in?

Have them try again in the next 24hrs
Rogers had a few switches that did not have the proper translations in them for some of the new number blocks we've been using lately. They are correcting this as we speak.
