Outgoing works Incoming going to funny voice message

Hi my outgoing works and incoming is going to a voice message like "Record your message and press # or press * to contact the operator ". This is not the same freephoneline voice message. I also tried changing the follow me to forward the call to my mobile and no difference too. Please let me know how to resolve this.
