Sort of a "call waiting" issue here.
If I place an outbound call and am talking with the far end, and a call comes in, call waiting and simultaneous call forward works perfectly. All good.
However, if I'm on and incoming call and a second incoming call comes in, no SIP message is sent to my ATA. Zippo received, no simultaneous call forward either. The second incoming caller gets the less-than-happy message "The user you are trying to reach is unavailable" and is summarily hung up on.
As I get no SIP messages and nothing appears in the call log, I think it's fair to say it's being blocked at the FPL side. Can you look into it?

I may be wrong but I believe that FPL handles a maximun of 2 channels. That explains why the second incoming call does not go thru and does not even show up in the call log.

Only one channel being used there -- the first incoming call is being answered on my ATA (not a simul-ring PSTN number), same number of channels used for one outbound call.
And it wasn't that way before (I've been a loyal FPL user for years now).

Also surprising -- if I was out of channels altogether, why wouldn't they send to voicemail? They don't make money on the phone call that ends in the intercept.
