Help with number not assigned

Hi, since I registered with FPL and bought the SIP credentials, I was able to call in only one without getting the error "your number is not assigned"
When I call out, it works well and shows the right number on the number display.

Any clues ?

You will need to open a support ticket on this one, they may have to check your account their end.
