Follow me number rings once and disconnects

I'm trying to call forward to my mobile number and it does that well, but it only rings once then it disconnects or jumps to voice-mail, but no message is saved.

I have but one phone number in the Follow-me list and its set to 1 ring.

I've tried every combination but the result is always the same.

Is there something else that needs to be set?
