TP-LINK N-750 router- cannot hear other party with desktop v

I just got a new router: TP-LINK N-750 , model: TL-WDR430

When I make calls using freephoneline.ca windows desktop version: 3.2.6.0 , I cannot hear the other party once the call connects? (I just hear the bell sound indicating that the call has connected)

I did not have this problem with my previous D-Link router...

On the router, I set up Forwarding as follows:

ID Service Port Internal Port IP Address Protocol Status
1 5060-5061 5060-5061 192.168.0.101 ALL Enabled
2 6060-6061 6060-6061 192.168.0.101 ALL Enabled
3 13000-13001 13000-13001 192.168.0.101 ALL Enabled
4 16384 16384 192.168.0.101 ALL Enabled
5 16482 16482 192.168.0.101 ALL Enabled
6 10000-20000 10000-20000 192.168.0.101 ALL Enabled

Please help!!!

You are using an old version. You should upgrade to latest version of the desktop app.

just downloaded it from the link:

However, Norton Internet Security 2014 says your file is a threat and removed it!
