Hi,
I have a Fongo number and I have chosen Desktop App when I registered. Now I want to use this number on my smart phone which is Android system. When I login using smart phone, it's not successful.
How can I switch my present Fongo number from Desktop App to Android App? Or how can I use my Fongo number using both Desktop and Android?

These are 2 different systems. When you chose the desktop app you actually got signed up in Freephoneline, rather than Fongo. A Fongo account cannot be used on FPL, or the other way around.
You have two (maybe 3) choices now if you want to use the systems on your phone.
1. Sign up for a new Fongo account which will give you a new number.
2. Purchase the unlock key for your FPL number and use a SIP phone to connect to your account. You will not be able to use the desktop app and a SIP phone at the same time.
3. (it's not really what you asked though) You can move your number from FPL to Fongo http://support.fongo.com/entries/535548 ... ngo-Mobile. There is a charge for this though and you will no longer be able to use the desktop app.
If you really want to use your phone now I would set up a new Fongo account and simultaneously forward the FPL number to your Fongo number. This way when a call comes in it will ring the desktop app and the mobile app at the same time. The only downside will be that outgoing calls from the phone app with have the Fongo number instead of the FPL number.
