No followme working on phone busy

If I put a phone number which has no "call waiting" in the followme list and when that phone number is busy/using, the followme won't work.
It just gives me a busy signal instead of try next followme number or go to voice mail.

How come???

Does the follow-me number reside within our free calling network?

If you're using a long distance, aka non-free area, then it will likely go busy unless you have a long distance voucher purchased.

Yes that followme# is within the city list. Like I said, it ONLY failed when that followme# is using/busy. If that followme#(the same phone#) is not using by anyone, it will ring up to the defined second and go on to next follwme#.

How come the busy signal will stop the followme function?

If you don't have a "NON call waiting" phone# to test. You just temp. turn-off the "call waiting" feature (eg. *70 depends on your provider).
Put this phone# in your followme# list in the first place. Use this phone to call your owner virtual FPL #. You will get a busy signal that means
followme function not working.

I find out more on the "Followme" function NOT WORKING. If my my followme list has cellular phone and when that cellular is turn-off(eg. ran out of battery), the "Followme" function Won't be neither continue to next followme listed number Nor go to voice mail.

Is it a bug or constrain that cannot be fixed? How come no any support reply on this anymore?
