Incoming calls not working

Post by lelu »

I'm running into a curious problem. I've installed a new OBi200 device and configured it with the FPL parameters using the OBi100 setup guide which I downloaded from this forum. I can make outgoing calls flawlessly, but when I attempt an incoming call, my VOIP phone does not ring, and the call does not go to voice mail.

My ISP is Bell Fibe, and I am using their (crappy) Connection Hub. I believe that I've got ports 5060-5061, 6060-6061, 10000-10001, 13000-13001 and 16000-16798 properly forwarded....but the integrated router is far from user friendly. I've monkeyed around with the various servers voip.freephoneline.ca, voip2.freephoneline.ca, voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060, etc, but it seems to make no difference.

Any ideas why my incoming calls don't function? Any thoughts about why the incoming calls do not automatically just go to voice-mail after 4 or 5 rings?
