Budphone not appearing on screen

Hello,

I am having an issue with my budphone program. After my activation, it worked well. All of a sudden, two weeks later I cannot open the program on my computer anymore. When I open it up, nothing pops up but when I go to "processes" in task manager it shows up, however not in the application part. I have tried to open multiple ones but I just a list of additional budphones in processes and still nothing pops up. Additionally I have already restarted the computer, and tried to repair the device. I am a bit confused on what is happening... as all my other programs are working fine (skype included). Thanks!

Hi Amy,

Have you tried reinstalling the Bud Phone?
If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall both the Bud Phone and your Java installation. Since the softphone is Java based, any problems with your Java installation will directly affect the softphone (and any other Java software too, a lot of the time)
