Netfilter's ip_nat_sip module

Has anyone have had success using ip_nat_sip instead of forwarding ports under Netfilter? I'd like to ask around to see how well it's working for other people.

I personally do use this Netfilter module and I've had success with this type of setup and my router's current distro is Fedora 13. I haven't had to forward any ports using iptables when I load this module.

For people who don't know what netfilter is, it's the default Firewall/NAT software that most Linux distros use.
