How Long to Receive VOIP key?

I ordered a VOIP key early yesterday morning and received an Order Confirmation notice right after. The Order Confirmation notice said An invoice will be sent within 24 hrs. The 24 hours has passed and I have not received anything. I checked on line and there is nothing in my VOIP settings either. Is this normal?

Hi there,

Please login into your FPL account and click on Settings->Sip settings

If it's not there, it means your purchase did not go through.

Perhaps you can open a support ticket for this issue:
