Hi,

when I login FPL, under the setting, there is a download tab.

look like there is a program to download.

do we need to download this program?

This is a desktop app which you can make calls through. If you use an ATA with the unlock key then it is not needed.

The desktop app allows you to use the FPL service for free, but you have to use your computer rather than a normal phone.
