I have a single reach number with Bell ,I want to port it to freephoneline and use it as a phone number ,so is that possible and does it consider as landline or mobile? ,I tried to search the forum but nothing came back.

it is possible and it's called Landline.
First- check if the number is portable:

I checked the cities ,and I found out that Mississauga is not there,and I'm wondering why?,it has the same area codes (289,647,416,905) like all other GTA cities like Toronto,Brampton ,Milton,Oakville and many others.
My number starts with(416).
