Porting mobile phone number
In the form for transferring my mobile phone, it asks for an account number. My Chatr phone account doesn't appear to have anything but my phone number as an account number. Since your form specifically states that my phone number is not an account number what shall I do?

When it comes to porting, give them everything you can.
Give Fongo the numbers on your Chatr SIM card. Give Fongo your Chatr login details if there is a web account. Anything else that ties that Chatr account to you should also be given to Fongo
What Fongo needs is enough information to be able to tell the other carrier it has authorization to port over that particular number. As you found out, sometimes a form does not cover everything. Just give Fongo everything you do have.
