I signed up for Freephoneline.ca and installed the desktop app.
Calls to me get forwarded to voicemail and I receive an email about them. However, I am unable to make or receive calls on the desktop app.
My Windows Firewall is disabled and protection is by Kaspersky.
I disabled Kaspersky but still cannot make or receive calls
When I use the "Test Connection" in the desktop app, it says I should open ports 6060 and 13000
I have a Bell Home Hub 1000. I created several rules to port forward 6060, 6061, 13000, 13001, 5060
but this did not help.
Any ideas what I need to do to be able to use the desktop app?
