fax to email

I know this feature is not supported, but works as i was told by the tech. I have tried everything, and I still can not get this to work. I set the voicemail to forward, what else am i doing wrong? When I try to send a fax, the voicemail turns on.

voicemail does turn on, but it will convert the fax in pdf and email you the file. It take a little longer than a normal fax but it does work just leave it alone and you'll get the email.
