I am just tossing around some home automation ideas lighting to security...

I tried a quick search with no luck... Has any one tried an emergency voice auto dialer with VOIP? Any success? If so which model?
Note this is security broadcasted call...for personal use not one of the fishing calls were get from masked voip numbers/
