I initially installed Freephoneline about 2 months ago when I purchased my new laptop and everything seemed perfectly fine.. I was able to use the services for about a month without any issues till one day, it wouldn't make or recieve any calls what so ever.. Kinda boggled my mind but didn't think anything of it.. I simply reset the computer and it worked fine but I had to do that everytime I wanted to make a call.. No biggy, I just haven't used it since, well until this Christmas Season.. Of course I wanted to make out of town phone calls and this is when I noticed the main problem... The App will simply not open at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same thing.. NOTHING!!! I've tried running the app as an admin, window's will ask for permission to open exe. file but nothing happens.. I've also tried changing the compatibility troubleshooting option to no avail . I am using windows 8.1 so maybe that has something to do with, however it worked fine when I initially installed it 2 months ago so I'm at a total lose. Has anybody else ran into this problem? and if so, where you able to resolve it?
