Would it be possible to save msgs sent/received through Fongo?

I guess that if you set up your device so that fongo uses the native texting app on your phone, then you could save them that way.

Is there a way to download these? Even if I have a jailbroken Iphone, is there a way to access them by looking at the raw files on the phone?
