Callers getting recorded message when C waiting used

Hi All,

Lately I have been told by people who are calling me that when i put them on hold to answer a second call (call waiting) they hear the message " this call is not covered by your tariff plan". I tried it myself and i was able to recreate the issue, i called in from a second line then again from a cell phone, when the first call was put on hold/swapped i heard the message on that line.

Any ideas? I really don't want people who are calling me hearing these messages, one person thought there was something wrong and hung up.
