Does anyone know, or recommend a home alarm company who provides monitoring service that would work with FPH's ?

Many phone-monitored alarm companies will have a special filter you can buy from them which will allow their system to work over a VOIP setup.
I unfortunately don't know any company names off hand, but I'm sure some other users here will be able to say who they're using.
