connection limited to 30 sec

While visiting Florida I am trying to use Fongo softphone to call Toronto.
Every call disconnects after 30 sec, but calls to freephoneline phone # have no limitation.
Any recommendations?

Could the drop call due to a "poor" internet / WiFi connection?

This was happening to my calls with a friend calling from Singapore a few weeks ago. However, we assumed it was his WiFi connection was not good. The call was from Fongo app to FPL line.

Every call to Fongo number has no limitation in time and of good quality.
But calls to a Toronto number outside of Fongo phones consistently cut off at precisely 30 sec

I believe the issue is caused by a older version of the app.

Please check this.

Hi Fongo Support,

I am sure my friend downloaded the latest Fongo mobile app from the iTunes store (he just did it a few weeks ago). But, I will ask him to confirm, just in case. By the way, what is the latest version # Fongo app for the iPhone?

We will do a few more tests just to confirm.
