Caller id display no area code

When I receive a call, the name and the phone number are displayed except for area code. For exemple, the number 555-7465 is displayed instead of 416-555-7465.
The effect is that I can't use callback feature from my phone.
Do you know if the area code can be always displayed.

Ditto. I have the same issue, half the callers have no area code in the caller ID.
