Recent Experience porting from Cell to Fongo

Hello,
I just started the process of porting one of my cell phones to fongo. Will use the Fido Flex data plan. Was wondering if anyone else ported their cell phone lately to fongo, and how quickly SMS started working into Fongo.

Ported two cell numbers from bell. One took abour 6 hours before sms worked, other didn't work until morning after. I think it can take up to 48 hours.

Just thought I would update this post since I finished porting my numbers. Here is how long it took so others have an idea... Overall the experience was great for both of my phone numbers.

first Number
Date I requested the port: Feb 21st
Date Port was completed: March 9th
Time the port was done: ~8:00
Time Text Messaging package was purchased: 09:00
time Text Messaging started working: 11:00

Second Number
Date I requested the port: Saturday March 14
Date Port was completed: March 20th
Time the port was done: 11:40am
Time Text Messaging package was purchased: 15:03
time Text Messaging started working: 16:17
