Bell Mobility Consider 780 851 XXXX a long distance number

Please help me with this problem. I live in Edmonton and have a Bell Mobility cell phone. When I trying call my FPL number Bell Mobility consider it to be a long distance number. Can you do anything about this or tell me what to do.

Unfortunately we can do very little on incoming calling issues of this sort, you will have to call Bell Mobility and enlighten them that it is indeed not long distance to you.
