Fongo Connection Failed - Click To Retry

Hi,

Since this morning I can`t connect to Fongo. I get hte error "Fongo Connection Failed - Click To Retry".

This is the first time ever I get this error, service was working fine yesterday no problem.

I submit a support ticket but the automatic answer sent me a message to re-reactive my account in settings on the website, but htere`s no agreement to accept, or I dont see it or its just not where the message tell me to go.

I am the only one with this problem.

Whats happening, im waiting for an important call today and I have no phone, cant even cehck my voice mail...

I have the same problem. I installed Fongo on my mobile phone and tested it at home calling my own number. Worked. Went out of town and was using a wi-fi hotspot (showing strong signal) and it refused to connect - gave me the "Authentication failed. Click to retry" message. Could not get it to connect. Came home and it would not connect, even though it had worked just after install.
I uninstalled the app, removed all user data, and reinstalled from a fresh download. Tested at home and working. Went to a friend's today out of town, and again it refused to connect "Authentication failed.......". Came home and again find it won't work here either. No matter how many times I retry it will not connect.
I have made sure the app is closed and not in the background before connecting to the wifi, but it hasn't helped. I have a very strong wifi signal with the mobile phone sitting on the same desk as the router.
Not sure if it makes a difference but the Android version on my phone (not upgradeable) is 2.3.4
It wouldn't be the end of the world if I can't get it working, but in 3 days I leave for over a month in Europe and N. Africa and I had hoped to have this running before then.
I would appreciate any assistance and thank you in advance.

This is very frustrating. Fongo app did this several times in a row despite a solid low ping 100 Mbps internet connection. It's a recurring problem and poor reception and audio.

Ditto here...i am reposting since my post didnt appear here. I also should add that I have a solid 100 Mbps connection with low ping and a strong wifi signal too (as checked by different apps). The issue is with Fongo just the random horrible audio quality.

Yes i can certify that once in a while i got the same message, no matter on wifi or data plan, then after a while all come back ok, more over app keep changing the ringtone mainly when i choose to use contacts ringtones.
