A friend charged his account with a 5 $ credit, but when he try to make an international call, he get '' this call is not covered by your tariff plan''

Might be due to his caller-ID still being affected by the bug after the upgrade. Our script corrected the vast majority of these, but a few stragglers were missed and are being corrected. For security purposes, any call's missing the "from" header to international destinations won't complete. I'll have an update on this tomorrow - I know that teams were working on this throughout most of the day/night tonight again.

ok, but i tried my FPL, i also still have a hidden Caller ID, but i can make an international call . any way we'll wait to re-check tomorow

Hi , I just purchased a voucher to try your international calling. I did not find in the softfone or ATA any way to find credit remaining. Please advise.

It's on the website, log in with your account and the vouchers balance is on the main account page.
