Free city - Trying to make me purchase credits.

Getting two messages:
Popup - "Uh Oh! You have less than 5 minutes worth of credits left for this call..."
Voice msg - "Your account balance is insufficient..."

I just started using my Fongo this week and have used it to leave a few vm. I live in a free city (Vancouver) and am trying to call the same city but am being blocked. If it's free, why is it trying to get me to buy credits??

I don't understand I updated to the most current version but that didn't help.

you will have to provide the first 6 digits of the number you are trying to call to get a better answer, but it could be that is a new exchange and it has not been updated in the rate tables yet.

If you can give us the first 6 digits, then I can give a better answer.
