HT701 only has power light on

Hello, I have been with FPL for over 2 years and only today I noticed that my HT701 only has the power light on when plugged in, therefore the Internet light is off and there is no DHCP connection to the router. I have tried changing a different ethernet cable, power cycling the unit/router/modem to no avail. Is my unit bricked or something? I have not tempered with it at all ever since I set it up in 2012. Thanks.

I don't think I can as the router doesn't even detect being connected to the unit... if there's no other way I guess I will see if I can hard reset the unit or something

Have you had any luck with troubleshooting/resetting your HT701?

nope... no matter what i did the device still only has the power light on...
