installing freephoneline on android cellphone?

Post by LeanMeanChristine »

Is there a legitimate way of installing freephoneline on my android cellphone? The link provided below supposedly provides instructions on how to do it and I followed them accurately but it still did not install freephoneline. The result was that I ended up with an operator saying "this account number is not valid". I don't know what that means. I have the freephoneline application installed on my pc and laptop and it works just fine, but I can't install it on my android phone. Is there any way to diagnose this problem?

For that to work you would have to buy the unlock key. If you purchase that from your online admin area then you will be able to do this with your new username and password it gives.

If you are looking for a free way to get calls on your Android, I would suggest installing the Fongo.com app. It gives you all the same free calling areas, but you will get another phone number. It is OK to have both a FPL and Fongo account at the same time.

If you want to use the same phone number, then you will have to buy the unlock key. Be warned though you will only be able to log in with device on that account at a time, so You won't be able to use your PC and your CSip Simple app at the same time.

As per the video clip you'll have to input your phone number and PASSWORD when setting up your FPL account with CSipSimple, note this PASSWORD is totally not the same as the one you use with when login your PC/laptop app.

You have to purchase the PASSWORD from FPL, in this case it's called "VoIP Unlock Key" instead of "password" and it's a combination of numbers, upper cap letters and lower cap letters etc..

After the purchase, you'll get your PASSWORD through email or by clicking on your FPL account's SIP Settings tab, then you're able to fill it to register your CSipSimple app account.
