outgoing text-messages not working

I had previously purchased the unlimited Canada and USA texting. This was working fine, up until yesterday.

2 days ago I purchased another 90 days of this add-on since my precious purchase was expiring. Ever since yesterday, I can no longer send outgoing messages - I get an error that says I'm trying to send to a number not covered by my package .. here is the exact wording :

"You are trying to text message a phone number that is not covered by your text messaging package. Please consider purchasing the appropriate package"

Clearly this is some kind of bug, everything was working fine until yesterday and the numbers are clearly within Canada i.e. 613 and 289 area codes. I've tried restarting, re-logging in, rebooting .. nothing works.

Is there a phone number to talk to an actual person about this ? I've now last a full day of my purchase - i.e. it continues to count down the expiry.
