Random calls go straight to VM + VM indicator always on

Hello I was hoping someone can help with my freephoneline.ca account.
1) The voicemail indicator constantly stays on even when there is no voicemail.
2) Random calls go straight to voicemail and my call log show's Unallocated (unassigned) number. Most calls come in though.

I'm able to make a receive calls normally and the phone line quality is excellent.
I tried to reboot also turn off the device. Re add the SIP for your service. Disable SIP in router and also port triggered 10000.

I'm clueless as why these three calls didn't go through.
Please help as I have no where to turn.
