Ad free not appearing on new iPhone

I got a new iPhone and installed Fongo, however not all my purchases were restored (ad free was not but my minutes/texting are all there). I followed the directions here: http://support.fongo.com/entries/792843 ... Blackberry and http://support.fongo.com/entries/266284 ... go-for-iOS, but nothing worked. Please advise on how I can restore the ad free version.

Hi,

Where did you purchase the add on?

If you purchase on Android, it will work on Android only.(same with Iphone) as it is device(hardware) specific

I suggest to open a ticket for this issue from your Fongo app.
