I read in the tips and tricks section that the 811 number could be configured by forwarding to an old 800 number (18003613977). I did not want to highjack the thread so I'm posting here. Am I the only one who's having issues with that number? I'm in Montreal, and I get the following message when I call: You have dialed a number that is not available from your calling area.
Anyone found a workaround for this other than using a cellphone?

Any update on when FPL will be configuring their switch for *11 access?
