Check the User tab of your ATA, and make sure CID Setting is set to Yes.
Also check the Line tab and make sure CID Serv is set to Yes.
Does that solve the problem?

Re: NO INCOMING PHONE NUMBER DISPLAY
Try to set the following, if not already set:
Ring Waveform: sinusoid
Ring Frequency: 25
Ring Voltage: 80
If that doesn't work, set:
Ring Voltage: 90
Outta ammo.

Hi Mango,
thanks for info. i checked my ATA, it was sinusoid, Freq 52 and Voltage 90.
so i changed to sinusoid-25-80, and it did not work, then i changed to sinusoid-25-90, not luck too.
now i changed the three back to sinusoid-52-90

Re: NO INCOMING PHONE NUMBER DISPLAY
I'm curious how your Ring Frequency was set to 52. The default value is 20. If you wish to continue troubleshooting, it may be worth it to factory reset* your ATA and reconfigure based on the official guide: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16294
*Assuming you have the PAP2T-NA version which may be safely factory reset.
