Is Vmail service down in Toronto 416 ?

Is Vmail service down in Toronto 416 area or just myself ? I'm using linksys ATA and the vmail stop working this morning - can't leave and check vmail though I can still make and answer calls.

Similar issue. When in voice messaging system cannot change greeting, etc. The lines cuts after 30 sec. Weird.
