Vanilla Master Card rejected

Are Vanilla Mastercards accepted as a payment method? I tried processing it through Fongo support and it couldn't get through due to the "maximum attempts reached" error from my Visa Debit attempts. Is there a reason why you don't accept Paypal?

I can only think it has something to do with the automation side of things or verifying account data in some way, but personally I would say that using PayPal would increase their income quite a bit.

Still waiting on the unlock key credentials. It's been two days and I still don't have it in SIP settings or by email. How long does it usually take? Isn't it usually instant?

If I were to guess, key Fongo personnel are on vacation, and the second string are not as efficient.
