Hello,
Can someone look into my account, for some reason my phone has not been registering for the last 4 days
it nothing has changed in terms of my network
I have other voip providers registered on the device this device supports multiple registration at once and they all work expect free phone line
so I know it's not the device, this happened before and once I opened a ticket with free phone line it was fixed
the last time this happened they claimed it was a change in the sip settings on free phone lines side
if you require my account information please PM me
Thank you

Re: Phone not registering for the last 4 days
I am unfamiliar with the TPA550 and a quick Google search did not give me any information about it. I will give you the general troubleshooting steps for registration failure and leave it to you to determine the specifics.
Please try, in order, with reboot and test in between each:
1) Change the SIP Port your device listens on to a random number between 20000 and 65535. For example, 39124.
2) Change your proxy server from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca, or vice-versa. If this works, check that your equipment registers every hour, as you may have been accidentally banned.
3) If your service is still not working, be sure your device is configured as per the official guide: http://forum.fongo.com/viewforum.php?f=15
4) If your service is still not working, please report:
-- a) Are you able to make outgoing calls with FPL?
-- b) What router do you use?
-- c) Is your modem in bridge mode? If not, what modem do you use?
-- d) Please provide a link to some information about your TPA550 SIP device so that we may provide more specific advice.
