I am new to this forum. Having an issue with freephoneline telling me the same voicemail password we have been using for months is not correct. I have searched for an answer with no sucess. The phones continue to flash voicemail. The Cisco ATA claims a message waiting, I have deleted the message we were unable to retrieve on the FPL website. Numerous resets etc. No luck.
Hope someobe can help, I believe it may be a problem at FPL?

Accepting the password miraculously solved it self? The message waiting light continued to flash, however after the password issue was resolved, I could change the vm message in the user 1 section of the spa112 adapter to NO and submit.
