1. Is freephoneline still free?
2. I have old software and tried to place a call. I get an error message each time I place a call saying incorrect password.
I didn't make any changes so I concluded I needed to update my software.
I tried to register with a new account (didn't know how to update my software) and when I got to step three to
download the software, it said it would call back my phone number to give me a 3 digit code.
It never calls back no matter how many times I click the button to call back.
What should I do to get freephoneline to work again?
Thanks!

Re: Two questions..
1.) yes its free
2.) I think the account gets closed after 90 days of no usage, unless you paid the voip unlock fee or have world credits.

Thanks John.
Now I just have to find out why I can't get the call back to work so I can complete the new installation.
They wouldn't by any chance put closed account phone numbers on a black list would they?
Not the freephoneline number, but your home phone number associated with it?
I tried my landline and my cell and neither received a call back with the code.

Do you allow calls from "private/unknown" numbers on your cell/landline?
Please check.

Yes I do allow "private/unknown" numbers on both my cell and landline.

If that is the case, you should open a support ticket for this issue:
