Hello
I am freephoneline customer, but until now I had my own VoIP adapter. I would like to buy a freephoneline (fongo) adapter now but I could not find anywhere to order it.
Could anyone here help me with directions to buy an adapter?
Thanks
Claudiu

Re: Existing customer, want to buy VoIP adapter
FreePhoneLine does not sell adapters for use with their service. Fongo does. If you wish to sign up for Fongo, visit https://www.fongo.com/home-phone/register/ .
Is there a reason why you want to discontinue your FreePhoneLine service? If you have a problem, perhaps we could help you solve it.

Re: Existing customer, want to buy VoIP adapter
I don't want to discontinue freephoneline. When I bought my settings, about 5 years ago, they where selling the adapters for 50$. I would only like to buy an adapter with my setting from them. The one I have is slowly dying away.Mango wrote:FreePhoneLine does not sell adapters for use with their service. Fongo does. Re: Existing customer, want to buy VoIP adapter
As Fongo Support said, you may buy an adapter from Amazon (or the retailer of your choice) and configure it with your settings. If you have any problems, let us know and we will try to help.

There are setup instructions on the Freephoneline forum.

Hi,
At Freephoneline, we are not providing technical support for any third party ATA devices purchased (doesn't matter from which site or store)
However, if you are unable to setup device using the documentation provided and the help here in the forums, you can purchase pay per incident support:
