Voice messaging system cuts off after 30 sec
Annoying issue. When in the voice messaging menu to change greeting, options, record message, etc. the call gets disconnect after 30 sec. Therefore, cannot record new message or greeting. Never happened before until recently. To clarify from the time I enter the messaging system (*98)... after 30 sec the call gets cut.

BUMP!! Still no solution. Same problem still exists. Sucks, why is there no official support area for freephoneline?? Voicemail system keeps cutting after 30 sec.

Edit: I'm sorry I missed seeing that you use the desktop application. Removed my post as it is not helpful.

Outgoing Calls cut off after 32 seconds
Hi
I just set up my freephoneline Desktop ( Freephoneline version: 3.2.7.0) application on my Windows 10 Computer. Without fail, to voicemail or outgoing call, all outgoing calls are cut off after 32 seconds.
Incoming calls work fine. Outgoing calls always cut off after 32 seconds with no exceptions.
Does anyone know why this could be happening?
Thank you!

Are you absolutely, completely, 100% sure that you're running 3.2.7.0? If you go to the menu button in the upper left corner of the FPL desktop application and click "About" in the dropdown, does it say 3.2.7.0?rjeffm wrote:Hi

I ask because I'd been having this exact problem, with the 32 seconds precisely, for quite some time. I poked around these forums, saw the notice that 3.2.7.0 was the current version of the application, and said to myself "I'd better make sure I'm running the correct version, even though there's NO WAY I have an old version, I only downloaded this thing a month or two ago anyway." And lo and behold, 3.2.6.0. Huh. So I went to update, only to discover that https://www.freephoneline.ca/downloadDesktopApplication does NOT have the correct link on it - it takes me to download a file called Freephoneline-Setup_3_2_6.exe
So, based on that, I made a wild guess that the 3.2.7 file would be located at http://media.freephoneline.ca/downloads ... _3_2_7.exe
Turns out, it is. File downloaded no problem. Closed the program, ran the 3.2.7 installer, made some calls. I'm currently 8 1/2 minutes into the longest one and not getting cut off.
Anyway, give the file version I linked a try and let me know if it works for you.

Absolutely 100%, copied straight from the about box "Freephoneline version: 3.2.7.0". I tried you suggestion anyway and downloaded the file again, and selected "repair". Problem still exists.bubbleroup wrote:

Very sad
