Our voicemail to email stop working around Aug 2. Voicemails are recorded fine but the email with a copy of the VM is never received.
I have checked our settings and I have it set to copy and I have tried changing the destination email but we still do not receive copies of our voicemails.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Perhaps they landed in your spam folder in Gmail?
You must need to create a filter in gmail to allow mail from @crazyum01.worldline.ca

Please check SPAM folder in Gamail- not Junk folder. ( you need to click on "more" to see the spam folder)

Somewhat same with me. If someone leaves a short message as in "Hey it's Mike, please call me back, bye" Freephoneline does not register this as VM anymore. I am not sure when this start happening, but I do know that this used to not be a problem.

I'm having the exact same problem and it's been happening since the same timeframe (last voicemail we've received was the end of July).
I've tried updating the settings to no available.
Interestingly enough, previously, all our voicemail was routed to 1613xxxxxxx@crazyum01.worldline.ca (replace x's with phone number), before it was forwarded to the email account set in our settings. If I send that address an email, it gets correctly forwarded to the email account in our settings, so it's clearly not an issue with that email address (nor is the voicemail email being sent to spam).
