cannot dial a US number

I have money on my account
Number dialed successfully yesterday
I can dial the number successfully from my cell phone.

Trying to call 1-845-229-8977 and I get no rings, and a male voice saying "Sorry but your call cannot be completed" - then fast busy.

any idea?
