Got our # back, but now incoming calls don't work

Hi All!

Thanks for the help in getting our judo club's phone number back .. we were able to successfully change that over! The outgoing calls work fine, however, when I try calling the FPL number, it either tells me it's an invalid number (when calling from skype) or that the phone call did not go through (when calling from the landline).

I replied to the support ticket but they told me that they didn't change anything other than getting our number back and perhaps we'd have to wait a bit for the number to start working.

Has anyone else experienced this? We only use the number for incoming calls and we have them go right into voicemail after 1 ring with it forwarding to an email address.

Any help would be appreciated!

Also, is there a paid way to ensure we can keep this number forever without having to worry about making outgoing calls to keep the line active? I don't want to make the same mistake we did already.

Shut down the desktop application, and test. If that does not work, wait one hour, and retest. If it still does not work, send Fongo Support a PM with the ticket number: http://forum.fongo.com/memberlist.php?m ... ile&u=7852

The cheapest way would be to add $5 of world credits to your account. According to Fongo Support, accounts with world credits will not expire: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 40&p=67826
